Pablo Perdiguero Domínguez

Pablo Perdiguero Domínguez has a degree in Geography and History from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has completed studies at Master level in Information Science at the Carlos III University of Madrid, and as a University Specialist in Archival Science at the National University of Distance Education, Spain (UNED). At the present, he is taking his PhD studies in Information Science at the Carlos III University (Madrid).

Since 2003 he has been associated to the Institute of Documentary Studies on Science and Technology IEDCYT (previously CINDOC), and more specifically with the Evaluation of Scientific Publications Research Group (EPUC). As a member of this group, he has participated in various projects related to the elaboration of citation indexes, bibliometric indicators and the evaluation of the quality of Spanish scientific publications in the areas of SSH. He has worked regularly as well on a project analysing citations in Spanish journals on Modern History, developed by the Institute of History of CSIC and the Carlos III University of Madrid.
